Need to return an item? We offer a 28 day exchange or full refund if you are not satisfied. This 28 day window begins upon receipt of your item.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must also have tags attached and returned in original packaging
  • Items must remain unwashed and unworn.
  • Be in a suitable condition to be restocked

 

Returned items are fully inspected and will not be accepted if they do not meet this criteria.

How long does it take to get my refund?
